The Buyer is required to provide a financial collateral for the fulfillment of the contract amounting to € 20,000.00. This guarantee shall be reimbursed upon completion of the contract. The Buyer has to remove or render permanently illegible the lettering “Polizei", the identification number, the “Saxonian coat of arms” and other insignia visible on the outer shell before further use / transport measures, within three weeks after arrival at the buyer's facility at the latest. Upon completion of these measures, the buyer shall submit evidence to VEBEG.
